q. How do I know what will suit me?
a. Try to keep an open mind, your bridal retailer will be able to help you choose the most flattering gown for your figure, style and budget.  For appointment details contact your nearest stockist.

q. How long would it take between ordering and receipt of my dress?
a. Generally you would need to liase with your stockist as  we need at least 12 weeks notice from our stockists and they will need extra time for fittings and alterations to ensure that you're totally happy with the dress of your dreams.

q. What happens if I am very tall or petite?
a. We do offer a bespoke service which takes a little longer and for which an extra charge is applicable.  Again your stockist can advise you.

q. What can I do if I need my dress quickly?
a. As a manufacturer we have noticed that many of you are now arranging weddings quickly and don't have time to wait for a gown to be ordered.  To try and accommodate you we are carrying stock of some of the most popular styles.  Your stockist can contact us to see if we have anything available in your timescale.
