RBA		 2009 Top Gown Supplier RBA Awards 2009 The RBA was formed in 1995 with the aim of raising standards of service within bridalwear, mens formalwear & throughout the bridal industry as a whole. Today membership consists of a UK wide organisation of well established, quality, independent retailers. All members are issued with voting forms to determine the Top Gown Supplier and The Manufacturer of The Year.
